frozen stir fry

Quote  |  Reply

I want to share with you guys something that I found that is cheap, simple, and super quick to make!

The chinese stir fry that you get in the frozen food section at the grocery store! It is under 200 calories per serving-- well, different ones are different, I'm sure, but they are in general all pretty low calorie. Make sure you get your pan absurdly hot before you add the food, and it should take maybe 5 minutes, if that long, to fix your entire dinner! Serve with brown rice if you wish.

That's so funny, because that's what I had for dinner--well kinda! They have a lot of different mixtures of veggies too. I had a wax bean, green bean, and carrot mixture that only had 35 calories for a cup!(It was target brand.) Oh and you can steam them in the microwave. I have an Asian version of the same thing too! I mixed it with a cup of bow tie pasta (210 calories) and a wedge of laughing cow light cheese (35 calories)! It was super yummy--and pretty light too!
