Good Shakedrink for breakfast or any meal. It is awesome for in the go if you do not have a lot of time in the morning for breakfast and it will kick start your metabolism.

Recipe Ingredients for Fruit and Vegetable Shake

1 cups Baby Spinach
1 cup, chopped Kale
1 fruit (2-5/8" dia) Oranges
1 cup diced Pineapple
0.33 cup Mixed Berries
1 plum tomato Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 cup, sliced Nopales
1.5 cup, diced Celery

Recipe Directions for Fruit and Vegetable Shake

Put everything in a blender, do not use juicer you would loose the fiber that keeps you full and add a cup of water to male it blend easier. Put it in a container and drink.
