They seem healthy enough to me. They're low in calories, low in fat.. they sound like a good choice. I don't see why they'd affect weight loss.

I don't think any thing in moderation of course is necessarily good or bad for weight loss.  As long as you fit it in your calories for the day, it doesn't matter too much if you're getting enough nutrients from everything else.  How bad could it be though? It's just yogurt and fruit right? With maybe a little granola? Go for it, it sounds like a good choice!

 haha have you ever watched super size me? They trick you with the size. Its only 200 calories for the kiddie sized version. The large contains over 650 calories.

its a prepacked thing of yogurt.. theres only 1 size

These are one of the most healthy things on McDonald's menu! I was just looking at their nutrition online today. There is only one size and it is only about 160 calories, I think. You can check their website for nutrition info on all their foods!
