5 fruits in a row?
ok well i heard we need to eat 5 fruits a day, but instead can you eat 5 fruits in a row or is that unhealthy?
because during the day im not REALLY in the mood for fruits until after diner?:S

Actually 5 fruits is a minimum recommendation. I eat a lot more than that, including 5 at once (in something like a large fruit salad). Sometimes eating large amounts of fruit in one sitting can upset people's stomachs, so watch this.
As for not being in the mood to eat fruit, I am very rarely in the mood to eat vegetables like spinach, broccoli, Brussels sprouts and other greens but I eat lots of them anyway for the sake of my health. Try to get some in earlier in the day, don't wait until you are "in the mood for fruit"!

You can easily incorporate fruits into your daily routine. Try having fruits like oranges or grapefruit in the morning, or berries. You could also make a smoothie in the morning and chuck some fruits in there.
I don't think it matters all that much, but fruits are a source of quick energy and good sugars that you benefit from most if you eat them during the day, when you really need the energy. I don't think what you're doing is bad, though. Better than no fruits at all.

You can eat anything you want any time you want! Thats the beauty of calorie counting, But dont limit yourself to five. What i mean is if for brekkie you haev a fruit salad, dont think at lunch, oh i cant have a slice of pineapple.
I spread fruit out, but thats cos I love it sooo much and eat a tonne. Bananas at brekkie, apples for snack, fruit salad at lunch, fruit for dessert.

The reccomendation from the USDA is 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day. Serving sizes vary. I eat 3 servings of fruit and 3 or 4 servings of vegetables every single day. I find that they fill me up and I don't want more of the foods that are higher in calories. I still get a proper balance of fat, protein and carbs from whole grains, and I have 3 servings of dairy products too, but I make sure I get my veggies in.
i love fruit and eat so much more than the 5 a day recommendation.
i love tropical fruits like strawberries and grapes mangos, sugar bananas, coconuts etc. i also eat alot of spinach, brocolli, okra.

I don't believe that having all your fruit in one sitting is bad for you ... it's the amount you eat each day that really counts...
