If you weigh yourself in the morning and then at the end of the day, you will be heavier. Wait until tomorrow morning to see weight differences. It is good to weigh yourself at the same time everyday. Also, if you are gaining a little weight, it is probably from muscles, since muscle weighs more than fat.
but im trying to LOSSEEE weight. its just frustrating...
tightlikesprite - If you are eatting 1,200 calories a day thats great! But slipping up once to 1,500 is NOT a big deal. 2,000 is the reccomended so 1,500 is not a deal breaker! As for losing weight, if you're working out a lot and not losing much it's probably because you're building weight muscle and that is GOOD. Weight muscle is better than no weight muscle and 5 pounds lighter. Don't worry about it! I'm 16 and confused, join the club! LOL
aww thanks! you guys are so encouraging..
I know exactly how you feel. Im 15 and I go through the same thing. I exercise and try not to eat a lot but it doesnt seem like its helping right? Well first off, its perfectly normal to weigh more than what you did in the morning. Its because your stomach is empthy in the morning but its not during the day. Also, eating less calories does help, but its gotta stay that way. Here is a example. If you eat 800 calories one day, and then eat 1400 calories the next, you'll most likely gain more weight than before. I dont know why, but its just how the body works. Keep working out and instead of eating less calories, try eating food that doesnt contain a lot of fat. I heard fruits for snacks work best, but its no easy deal. Its frustrating i know trust me, but know this. Never starve yourself and think it'll work, because it doesnt.
Also, exercise is great, but maybe the reason you are gaining weight is because your developing muscles. They weight more than fat.
Keep exercising and try to eat a lot of healthy food.
If it makes you feel any better, people are supposed to gain 10 pounds everyday, but they burn calories throughout the day. So be happy you dont gain 10 pounds a day :)

Dont worry I learned all this like.....Not too long ago. Fat calories are well...Fat. The thing I heard you wanted to look at was Saturated fat. I started gaining bunches and bunches of weight just this year, So Im still learning too. I heard it was easier to lose normal calories than fat calories. So Thats why its better. Not too sure myself, so I wouldnt trust me a whole lot on that one.
Oh I forgot to add on my other one: exercising for an hour burns about 400 calories.
