Ok so now i am down to 158 lb.
I was at the store weighing myself with clothes on.  I'm on my month (TOM) thing.  Should i take a way anything?  I'm getting depressed because I'm not losing weight fast at all.
So now i switched to another diet pill and I'mcutting all animal products out of my diet.  It seems like everything I try and put on fits everywhere except my belly. I had 3 c-sections and sometimes I don't even eat.  So  whats the deal?
Why can't I lose fast  :(  July 18 I was 160lb  Now, 158 today with shoes, clothes and TOM.  I want to know what else can i do to lose this weight?

That has to be a world record for the longest run on sentence. Other than that I have no useful response to this.
your more worried about fittin into clothes then your health... meh.

all animal products ;/  thats a shame unless your vegan or something

anyways, you can excercise.  crunches and your diet.  As for being depress for not losing "fast" enough, thats... pushing it.  As long as your loosing its fine.  The last few lbs of fat are harder to loose anyways [deminishing returns].  Check your diet and excercise.
wow, I agree with junrau... try using some punctuation, becca!  It would make your whole store a lot easier to read and respond to.
Two pounds in 12 days is nothing to turn your nose up at!  That's a little more than a pound a week, which is perfectly reasonable.

Plus, if you weighed with your clothes on during that time of the month, I highly doubt your weigh-in was even accurate - you've probably lost more than just 2 lbs.  And if you weighed in the middle of the day (ie, after eating anything), your weight also reflects whatever food and water is still in your body.

Weigh in the mornings, without clothes, before eating.  And don't weigh during that time of the month!  As a general rule, women often gain weight (bloat) during that time (I've seen posts of women who gain 8 lbs, and then drop it right after the week finishes and they go back to 'normal').

Bottom line: you're doing just fine.  Don't worry.
Hmmm... lets see.... you are taking your weight at TTOM seriously... that's a wrong.

Next, you're taking diet pills... and cutting out complete food groups.  Neither are effective ways to lose weight.

So, why can't you lose fast?  Perhaps because in order to be healthy you WON'T lose fast.  Expecting instant results will immediately lead to disappointment.

Step back, take a deep breath.  Make some smart food choices, whole foods, lots of fruits and veggies, chicken, fish, that sort of thing.  Throw in a little exercise and you'll be on a roll in no time!

I am having the same problem, I have 2 kids and my oldest is 7.  I still have the baby fat on my stomach only.  I want to loise weight the healthy way but nothing works.  I've tried diet pills and now am stuck on them because of the caffeine, so be careful.  I wouldn't say I am fat, I am 5'4 and 146.  I have a big bustline 36D which I think doesn't help with the number on the scale.

Any pounds lost is a success, be proud of that!!!!
