Okay..So everyone here seems to be losing like crazy. In the past 2 1/2 weeks I barely lost 3 lbs...and now I gained it back I don't know how. I'm working out longer than before and eating what it says I should be eating. Is this happening to anyone else??

Does anyone know why this is happening to me?

It happens to all of us, and for each person it could be different.....  I just gained 2 lbs in one day..... Hopefully I will drop it, but thats par for the course with me... Your not alone!
And what makes me even more frusturated...is my roommate is losing all this weight...she never works out...and she eats cholate and stuff!

i can relate.. ive been working out for 3 months and cant even lose 10 lbs.........i just about had it!!!!
How many calories are you eating? Whats your height weight ect? your goal?
dont worry about it too much i just got off a two day binge w no exersise and i gained 3.5 lbs. but even with how much i ate i know i didnt actualy gain 3.5 just water retention and stuff. so dont worry about it. you lose lose lose and then it shoots right back up but soon it will fall back off and you will be lower than you were befor the minor gain

I have had a couple of slow weeks too.  I was 173 two weeks ago, then jumped up to 176, and now have been at 174 for almost a week.  Hopefully we will both start losing more steadily.  Good luck,

oops, I didn't see the date (how did I get to this page?) You all probably won't read this, but oh well. 
Well, I share(D) your frustration for the past month.  I was being so good and eating all the right stuff...almost always A on my nutrition level and not a single ounce came off my body.

This week, however, out of nowhere....I get on the scales 2 days ago and thankfully another pound is gone.  Yeah...yeah...1 pound after 4 weeks .... not too exciting for most, but for me it was a thrill.  Today...2 days after that...I hop on that scale and I've lost 2 more.

You hit plateaus and I just kept telling myself that.  If you stick with this plan, the weight eventually goes.  Believe me...it does.  I would never in a million years have believed it if I wasn't doing it myself.  It'll come.  Just don't let discouraging thoughts invade what you know will eventually work.  It'll come off.  I am proof.

I've been a big lazy ass last month. I think I've worked out like five times total and ate and drank like I was at a month long Roman orgy. One nice thing about doing weights is I was able to at least maintain during that time, well almost. I think I put on three lbs but my clothes are still fitting ok
