id be happy with just about any weight loss..problem is making it a permanent weightloss..ive never heard of orlistat..wat is that?? I plan on going on a relatively low calorie diet consisting of mainly proteins..but not just proteins and i dont plan on doing anything lower than 1200..and obviously exercising as much as i can when im free..im not sure pills work!! my dad's a doctor and he says most are iffy things..be careful =)

these are ones prescribed to me by my doctor lol. there like the stronger version of alli.

1200 seems really low doesnt it?i was told is holud be eating thast but it seems too low..

well as long as you keep tabs on your reactions to the pills..it's all gud

you know 1200 is a little low, but not so slow that my metabolisim will be like wat the hell happened here?? hehe atleast i hope not anyway..ive lost quite a bit of weight now that i've started but i know almost all of it is water weight..to lose any real weight i gotta stick to this longer than i have..longest ive ever been on a diet is 2 weeks to be honest..hows ur progress?

in all honesty its not:(

im doing badly here..i made cookies other day...ive eaten chocolate....im also on my period this week so constantly eating:(

youve done so well but i am not

i find it hard to have diets at home as my brother Aand mom hae so much food its so nicfe:(

i've been there..ive been on and off a diet about a thousand times but im not giving up..this is our health and our lives literally at stake..the other day i got myself tested for diabetes because i was freaking out i might actually have it..but luckily the tests were negative..just dont give up and pick urself up when you feel down after breaking ur diet..and more importantly is DO NOT BINGE after you've broken it..this is wat ruins us

if you break it..forgive yourself and keep going!!! that is the secret to a diet..ure bound to fall of the wagon every now and then..and i know wat u mean by its hard to stay away from the food when its just there..its alot harder that way i know..but in that case you need to find some way to keep that food out of ur site and when u see ur mom or brother eating something not diet friendly..get away from them till theyre done eating it..temptation is a pain!! help urself n stay away as much as u can..find a hobby..leave the house..watever it takes till u reach ur goal..gud luck!

yeh its hard work isnt it!! what do u do to try stop yolurslef

Hi - can I join your buddy group?

I'm 21, 166lbs aiming to get to 130lbs and (like you) I'm 5'1''.

:)

hey sure you can...welcome:)

ugh..yesterday i broke my diet..had chocolate..my ultimate weakness..but im back on it today..i put on 0.5 kilos..most of which im assuming is water weight..hows ur weight progress?

ive not lost anything so far..which i knew i wouldnt have as with stress(i cant get a job and my moms just been sacked)im very stressed..ive been nibbling on everything:( ive done so badly. im thinking i will get back on track when i return from my boyfriends at end of nxt week (Im on this week and i cant stop eating)...i find it hard to keep a diet when im depressed as i get quite bad depression..

having a little bit of somethin you enjoy is better than cutting it out completkly...as you dont crave it so much
