so as you can tell i wouldnt have posted this if i wasnt 5'6-5'7..this is a support group for people the same height so we can have an image of what each other lookos like since we are the same height and we probably have a similar metabolic rate. i am a quarter inch away from being 5'7 and so far i have lost about 40 lbs since january and i am looking to lose my last 20 or so lbs. I have hit plateau and its hard to lose the rest of the weight so i need motivation and am willing to give motivation also, so step on up so we can all help each other!!!!  (e-mal-  bobrulesandilovepatrick@yahoo.com)

I'm Vicki. Two years ago, I lost 50 lbs. Then I gained about 10 back and then I lost about 15 on here in the spring.

I'm playing the maintenance game now.
I'm 5'7".

Last time I got measured I was about 5'6"

...not sure if I got any taller (last time I was measured was about three years or so ago, when I was about 13)...but I'm still shorter then my mom, so if I have gotten taller its not by much.

I'm somewhere between 5'6" and 5'7".  What is everyone's goal weight?  Mine is 135 right now, but I may adjust it once I get there, depending on how I look.  I used to stay right around 115-120, but I think that was too thin.  I started C-C at 162, now I'm 152.
My goal is about 150 to 140.


It might make it lower later, but right now I think thats about where I wanna be. (especially since I'm gaining muscle mass with the exersises I'm doing, which weighs more then fat)



my goal is around 110-115..i have a small frame..my thumb and pinter finger overlap around my wrist..anyone else with a small frame??

I'm about 5'6". Currently 190lbs. Small framed, and semi toned under all the fat. lol

My goal is to be 150 to 140, to tone up my muscles, and have a flat stomach.

I'm 5'7" and started with CC in July 2005 (over a year ago).  I was 175 then.  I got down to 143 (my first goal, which was set by CC) by February 1.  I hit 135 in early July 2006.  I'm maintaining, but trying to tone and perhaps rid myself of some fat around the butt and hips.  As for weight...it would be nice to be lower, but I'd rather have the muscle tone.

My fat percentage is between 17 and 19 percent now (started at 26 percent a year ago). I'm also an athlete, and a better looking one due to my weight loss.  If anyone needs some motivation and/or cheerleading along the way....just give me a hollar.  I often don't post much, but you can ALWAYS email me. Email is in my profile.

OH...in High School (I'm now 40), I weighed 210.  So, I've been there guys and you will feel awesome along this journey to a better lifestyle!!

Yeah, I was 5'6" last time I checked, and I doubt I've grown since then. I'm 115lbs, and I'm maintaining, but I'm also looking to strengthen up, so I'll probably end up gaining a few pounds back up to 120 or so.

I don't know about this whole "small frame" business, but I have ridiculously long fingers (pianist's hands), so my thumb and pointer finger overlap by an entire segment, but I doubt that's any indication.
my friend who has small fingers can also put her fingers aroung my wrist and i have to put my watch on on the smallest notch
