5'6-5'7 ft tall
I'm 5'6" and weigh about 152. I started at 158 at the beginning of June and my goal is 140 by September 19th :).
hey im 5'7" and weight 140 and have a little belly. im 15 and 34D breasts. i eat like i should be obese(seriously) but never seem to gain any weight. would i be able to drop 10 pounds and still be curvy or am i good at the weight im at? please give advice weither you think i should loose weight(how much) or if my bodys good and i shouldnt loose weight... can you guys please help!

If you start eating healthier, cut out the sugar and dairy, you will lose the belly very quickly. Eat 4 or 5 small meals a day, cut out all the junk food, eat real food that has not been processed and get some exercise each day. Being 15 will help you see changes very quickly. Get yourself in the habit of healthy eating and excerise now and when you are older you will not have to worry about getting fit because you will be fit.
I am 5 7" and i weight 127 pounds this is very heavy for my i used to be 112 so i have gained 15 pounds since i injured my knee i plan to reduce calories and do excersizes that are good for my kneee.

goal is to stay around 145lbs. I was between 155-160lbs for years and lost 15 last year, gained a few back and now working on getting rid of that...
