I feel.. so full. I just ate dinner, and whoa, I feel like I ate a horse! I logged in my food, and my meal came out to be...

110 calories! WHAT? Well, we had burgers on the grill for dinner. I don't eat meat, so I put some squash and green pepper chunks on a skewer, had a ton of cauliflower, and some pickle slices.

Just wanted to share my rejoice. Oh, and now I can not feel guilty about having cake for dessert! My little dachshund is turning the big 7, and my mom made him a big bone cake - yellow cake with whipped cream and strawberries in the middle and chocolate icing (homemade with cocoa that can't hurt doggies :D). Ohhh it's gonna be sweet.

Anyone else have some accomplishments for the day they'd like to share, or did anyone have a treat?

u shouldnt feel guilty about the cake

it doesnt matter what u eat..aslong as u burn more calories then you consume..u will lose weight :)
That's not healthy, though I hope you know that. Please don't make that a habit!!!!
