I noticed today that I can't eat the regular duck with lime at my favorite chinese restaurant at once. I used to eat that pretty big portion without hesitation but I was feeling totally full today after eating a little more than the half portion. Two months ago i could eat the whole stuff and today I hadn't even eaten something for breakfast.

I usually consume now arround 2000 cals a day(which is 500 under my sedentive expediture) being lightly active. Can it  be, that my stomach adapted within
the two months of counting calories tha t much, that I feel full so much soon er?
Has anyone experienced such a positive side effect as well?

BTW: it looks like that duck with a whole load of soy seeds and rice is a great combination( B+ Nutrition grade) :)

hi vendetta, ive noticed that happening aswell. ive been doing this since april and the my portion sizes have gradually become smaller. i cant eat the big portions i used to before cos i do get full. i dont know what the theory behind it is but i guess it is a positive side effect! and it sure feels good!
sounds possible.

as it comes to me i COULD still eat the same portions, but i learned to STOP myself earlier. any yes i feel full sooner
