There was nothing that really caught our eyes. So we just got some porn and reenacted our favorite scenes.

Actually I can dance just about anyway you want to. I helped with a salsa class for many years so I am partial to that.

hey thats hot. i had mentioned earlier that the only show im addicted to is so you think you can dance, thats why i ask, since your username is a dance move

Yes It is but it is more for the running part not the dance which I am sure you realize. I like watching that show myself.

yeah i kinda figured...i gave up on running a couple of years ago. it was always something with my knees or my back. i was able to run for a couple more years on a track.

it was never my favorite exercise, but it was cheap, and it sure does keep the weight off.

is your wife a runner too?

Yes she is I am actually training her for her first full marathon soon.

hey thats hot too...its special that yall have that as part of your relationship.

so you are a marathon runner...wow thats hardcore.

more power to the both of you!

i dont think i could ever run that far. i would maybe do a long swim someday, but never a long run like that.

Actually not to sound snooty I am an ultra marathoner. I have done races over 50 miles.

leadville?

dont they have ultra marathons  there?

a guy i work with (in his 60s) is in training for the long and short bike races. but if i remember he started out as a runner at leadville...

and no, you dont sound snooty btw.

*throws runners at RM*

running snob!

I would love to do that race but  did the Lookout Mountian 100k in TN 2 yrs age. I have also ran the Louisana Trails 50k and the Big Dog races.

Ok I read all this and it sounds like I am bragging.

Sneaks back into the corner to be quite.

Are you talking about leadville,Co?

*yawns, stretches, smacks lips* I love afternoon naps.

yeah rm. leadville co

That is defiantly one that I want to do.

I am out you all be good.Sealed

my coworker is almost retired.  we defiinitely do not see too much of him this time of year hes training so much. i think he leaves july 25 for about 4 weeks so he can train a couple weeks up there before his events.

every year he says its his last but we all know hes lying.

he got me to try my first pair of aasics. i dont think ive bought any other running shoe since. i still buy running shoes cuz i need them for some of my step aerobic dvds.
