sooooo tempting, but im usually working out by now. i was so hungry i had to go to schlotskys and get a sandwich. so much for cardio tonight. weights it is.

I just wanted to quickly apologize for bailing this morning - unfortunately, that's EXACTLY what I was doing.  A simple toilet repair in my office went horribly wrong, and the plumber opened up a one inch water main without turning off the supply - or indeed even bothering to locate the water supply taps!  Within the 10 minutes it took him to find the supply valve, my entire office (just over 1,700 square feet), the license office I operate as well as the college next door were flooded.  I've spent the day mopping, dealing with plumbers, emergency repair workers and insurance agents.  Oh, and I'm expecting 350 for breakfast tomorrow morning.  Fortunately, that doesn't start until 6:00 am, since I now have to be at the office at 5:00 am to empty dehumidifiers and adjust fans.
