Fun foods/recipes

I am getting bored with what I have been eating lately, and I also often end up with calories left over at the end of the day, so I was wondering if anybody had some fun food recipes, mainly snacks or treats?

i know what you mean.  i don't want to get bored either so i go through the recipes all the time for new ideas.  just go to the top right, click recipes, and type in what you are interested in then search.  there is so much out there.  make a game of finding cool stuff you think you will like.  i try new recipes almost everyday, some are ok, some hit the trash and some are real keepers.  everyone has different tastes so you need to find your own.  i'm going to make "pineapple shrimp appetizers" tomorrow.  it goes on cucumber slices instead of crackers and i cant wait to try it.  hehe  I love going through the recipes and spend hours picking out some to try.  but you could go in and find 1 and make it in no time.  happy hunting!
Since I dont cook, I know like 4 recipes LOL.  Heres one though crazy easy and you wont believe itd diet.  Seriously.

  • 3 cups strawberries (I defrost frozen)
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup splenda
  • 1 cup water
Disolve splenda in water.  Blender strawberries and buttermilk.  Add Splenda water.  Freeze.  To serve let defrost somewhat til you can break/ crush it.  4 servings, 120 cal each

I divide in fourths before freezing to simplify.  Good size servings too!  So sweet (in good way) because of equivilant of 1 cup sugar.  Despite milk, more sherbert like then icecream.
