My mom and I are training for a 5k together. After this are there any other fitness-related challenges we could do together (that isn't running)?

You could try these:

One hundred pushups

Two hundred situps

Don't do the "girl" pushups (on your knees) though because they don't work your muscles

Yeah, I saw information on these posted yesterday, I might try the one hundred pushup challenge, but I'm not sure that my mom is up for it.

I can't even do one "real" pushup, so that challenge would be really difficult for me. :P

 Lol I suck at pushups too, but that's why its a challenge!
