 Fruit or veggie tray!

Totally not original but hey I LOVE EM!!

I bet you could make a really good devilled egg with plain yogurt and lots of mustard mixed with the yolk instead of mayo.

I went to a party about a month ago where one of the guests (the only vegan there I think) had done up a beautiful fruit try. Instead of just having the fruit  just laid out any old how it was arranged on skewers in interesting combinations. Some of it was spiced somehow, other types had been soaked in some kind of alcohol, it was very good and very interesting.

This is SO SO good, I promise.

Get ham slices from the deli, and ask them to slice them a little thicker. Spread each slice with boursin cheese or light cream cheese, and place in two or three cooked asparagus spears or raw bell pepper strips in the center. Roll up into tubes and refridgerate for about an hour. When cold enough, take them out and slice each roll up into medallions, and place each pinwheel on top of cucumber slices.

In a blender or food processor, puree all the ingrediants. Stop and scrape down the side if nessesary. Add in a tbsp. or 2 of fat free yogurt if the dip needs thinning.

i am trying your hummus recipe, i feel like mine has toooooo much tahini in it and i have been cutting it down, i got one that says to use a 1/4 cup tahini, and no cumin. can't wait, i'm out and make it as soon as i am out! i like to eat it with pretzel sticks, the thin little guys!
