| 2 | tbsp extra virgin olive oil |
| 2 | cloves garlic, minced |
| 1 | (350g) mozzerella cheese |
| 8 | ounce cherry tomatoes |
| 2 | tbsp dried basil |
Recipe Directions for fusilli a la cabresie
- Cook one package of fusilli pasta (375g).
- Put garlic and oil in skillet on low heat.
- Cut in half and add all cherry tomatoes to skillet, and turn up to medium, being careful not to burn the garlic.
- Cut mozzerella into cubes. Place in large mixing/serving bowl and toss in the basil.
- Press down on all the cherry tomatoes with a fork, and turn off the heat.
- Drain pasta and put in bowl on top of cheese.
- Add the tomato mixture to the cheese and pasta, then mix well.
