I have a question about Fuze (Slenderize). It says it has Super Citrimax (450 mg). It is known to suppress appetite, reduce conversion of carbs into fat and promote weight loss. My question is how much of it do you actually have to drink on a daily basis if you want to lose weight with it? Also is it healthy for you?

your probably better off sticking to water. But if you want something with a little flavor i guess that would be a good alternative.
Other than the sweeteners, I can't see anything wrong with them. I drink them about once a week, sometimes twice.
I love them but I try to stick to one per day.
I like Fuze too. Nice flavor, no carbonation, not to heavily flavored. Good stuff. But I would have alot more respect for them if they didn't make rediculuous claims about being a weight loss aid.
Oh, be careful with fuze. I found that some flavors, like I believe pina colada and peach mango have 90 calories per serving. I had just assumed they were all low cal!
New lesson, ALWAYS read the lable.

Always get the slenderize versions...The Apple and Cran Raspberry flavors have 10 calories per serving I think instead of the normal 5, but at that rate I still like them. I don't know about their claims on weight loss, I just like the way they taste and it's a good break for me sometimes from water but has fewer calories than the Crystal Lite stuff.
I usually drink one everyday. Not because of the Citramax, but because it's low in calories (the slenderize ones that is) and they taste pretty much "real". I've accidently bought the full calorie ones in the past.
My favorite is Dragonfruit lime <3
