I was just wondering if anyone gained over Thanksgiving? I gained 2lbs. I'm not worried about it though.

Well the scale was up 6 pounds last night, 2.5 this morning but I'll know for sure by Tuesday when both the weight of all the extra food I ate from Wednesday to Saturday morning and the water weight is cleared off.
lol, yep, about a pound or two.  Not too bad I suppose.  I just need to be careful this week :)
Looks like I gained 2 lbs.  I was suprised at how well portion control works. It's true...you can eat just about anything thing you want to...pecan pie, stuffing, pizza...you just have to watch the portions.  
i cant say yet.  once my water balance is back I should know.  I ate a lot of sodium.  right now my scale says 5 lbs, but since that is impossible in 3 days i am chucking it up to water retention. we will see by thursday.

today i was up only 1 lb, jeez i must have had some seriously high sodium content. 
Sorry to gloat, but I lost 3 lbs as of today. I was hosting a 12 person family feast, so maybe I stressed it off. I did hit the gym extra hard this past week and I didn't glutton... My BF% is down another 1% consistently too.

For those who gained, don't fret. A few extra sets at the gym and sticking to your diet will get you back om track!
I did not gain; I would have been okay with picking up a pound or so, though, since I quite enjoyed everything we made for Thanksgiving, multiple times and in great quantities! :-D
Gained.  3 lbs.  And I really thought I was being careful... I even upped my activity level --- the dog is looking pretty good these days.

Water?  I sure hope so.
I think I may have gained 2- 3 lbs, but I also didn't excercise thurs or friday.  I did walk yesterday and today though.  I figure 2 lbs isn't bad at all especially since I usually put that on every weekend.
nope. but that's cuz i cooked a lot. and whenever i cook, i snack. and whenever i snack, i'm never hungry for the final meal. so i get like 18 mini-meals over an 18-hour period and i'm on my feet all day and then finally sit down to a bottle of wine til i pass out. gotta love it!!! but i usually gain this week--the week after--since the leftovers are already prepared and i can just lounge around and eat and eat and eat...
2 pounds from this week.  Probably sodium and off eating schedule since had 5 days off at work.  It will all be fixed by next saturday once I monitor what I am eating again.

4 pounds! i gained! but i think i'm retaining water because my wedding band fits a little snug this morning
I gained two pounds. I didn't really eat much of a dinner. I had some turkey and some yams, but I did eat about half a blueberry pie. Yepp.. that'll do it. =P
From the beginning of November til this morning I have lost 4 pounds this month.  We've had warmer than usual weather so over the thanksgiving weekend I did 2.5 mile walks/runs and then I had a break between holiday meals I hosted one on thursday the other on Saturday.  After each one of those meals where my calories went up over 2000 for the day I spent the next day getting rehydrated and eating plenty of fiber filled foods and dropping my calories.  It seems to have worked as Im not even showing the typical water weight from afterwords and this included meals with wine which usually makes my scale display water retention weight for a few days. 

Im crossing my fingers I am holding some water anyway and that the scale will drop another pound or so this week lol.  My goal is to be 120 by Christmas I am 121 as of this morning.... should be easy enough, but prior to november I was in a five month long plateau at 124/125 so we shall see.
Yeah..but not due to Thanksgiving.
I'm afraid to get on the scale! I think I did ok. I tired not to go over my calorie intake. BUT I did eat some things I shouldn't of. Mashed potatos, stuffing and some dessert. I hit te gym (hardcore) Saturday. It made me feel so much better!
