First of all, i must admitt i'm really stupid i let this happen...

for the first time in my life i succeeded losing weight (20 kilograms or 44 pounds), in almost a year. and i did it in a healthy way, counting the calories, eating right, aerobics... of course to keep me going i was eating unhealthy food but in small portions...

i was not attending to stop, i wanted to lose more, but in ramadan while fasting (i don't know if you guys know ramadan), i started gaining weight, it was so hard to keep dieting during  that time, so i decided to go back to dieting after ramadan...

But after that i could not, i just kept eating and eating like someone never saw food before....

so, in the past few months, i gained everything back.....

and now i don't feel like dieting again, im just tired of watching what i eat...i'm so fraustrated...i don't know what to do...

and next ramadan is coming on september...

update: i seem to be back on track....

i see a simple change in my weightTongue outby eating healthy, and less(unhealthy) Laughing

it was good to talk about my problem with all of you guys!! i wish i could talk about all my problems with somebody!!!

Yay!  Now you can look back on this whole experience as a learning tool.  When you are next tempted, just think on all you went through and that will help you stay strong.  You have proof now that eating healthy works.  I'm so thrilled for you, keep it up, you'll make it.

As for talking to someone, it's good to have someone you trust who you can go to just to talk when you need to vent or talk things through...  I'm a writer, when I need to work through things, I write them out (or, more accurately, type them out.)  It helps me think...

hi, just wanted to see how you were doing love247.

hi! i m also fasting during ramadan, i stay in canada, and here fasts r really v long,16 hrs. , anyways this is what i m doing , during suhoor, i m eating around 500 cal( whole wheat pita, little rice, little lean chicken or meat, veggies, fruits and a cup of milk), well while breaking the fast just like a normal person i m revenously hungry, so this is what i do, i break the fast with date, then i eat i bowl of veggies( carrot, broccilli, beet root, lettuce, beans), yeah veggies without any dressing, well after that i have little rice, then i eat fruits,in this u can eat healthy food, lot of food without gaining calories, try to avoid fried stuff its not good for our health specially during ramadan. u too can try it, today is my 6 th fast and till now i have not felt any signs of weakness. just concentrate on fruits and veggies.
