I can't believe I did this to myself.  I havn't been on this site in months and apparently I really need to get back.

I don't know if it was my last break-up or just the carefree summer attitude, but I'm paying for it now.

I dunno...I geuss I just needed to say it. :(

Its scary how easy it is to get off track.  So scary :(

It happens to us all unfortunately. Just try not to think about it and get back on track and start losing again :)

>.< it seems so much harder than before

Hun, all of us have gotten off track PLENTY of times... I can't even count how many times I've gained and lost weight. It's getting back on track that's important.

Don't worry about how much you gained. And don't feel scared or ashamed. What's done is done and if you feel ready to lose it, then COMMIT. We're all here for you :)

thank you :)

I will try... AHH I can't just feel sorry for myself...that won't help anything >.<

Nope i would always panic and stress about gaining weight, that would only make me gain more!!!

I cann't count the number of times I have lost and gained. Its not easy but if you keep trying you will get there!

:) ok, thank you

sucks but yeah it does happen to everyone.

do your best to get back on track, i'm doing  the same:)

It's easy to get 'off track' if your 'track' in the past was too inflexible or contrived.... a less prescriptive diet, more flexibility and a greater allowance for the slings and arrows of real life is often a better bet for the long-term.  Also, it's easier to revert to bad habits if you don't spend long enough cementing the good ones.  Both things worth thinking about when you're working out how to solve the problem.

I just wanted to add: a 15 yr old doesn't weigh what a 16 yr old or a 17 yr old does..... At that age I weighed about 100lbs....... I'd be very ill if I was that thin now.

You have to be sensible about your goals as a teen.
