I'm aggitated,  I've been doing really well since I started here, 15 lbs in like 3 months or something.  Well, I figured I could do better, so I start exercising last week.  Started with walking, wasn't enough, I didn't feel like I was getting my heart rate up or even making my legs sore.  So I try again, pilates this time, and I discover I really like this. I hadn't even been doing it very long, and I woke up one morning and was like, damn I feel different, so I walk a little taller now.  Then I think to myself I might actually enjoy exercise (I then pick myself up off the floor after falling over from shock).  I have this little Y card, and decide to put it to use.  Hmmm, where to start, aha elliptical (there were no guys over there).  I just about crapped myself when I went 32 minutes on my first day and felt great.  I've been going back everyday, for an entire week.  I have never done this before in my life.  Hot Damn I am doing something good for myself.  WOW.  So anyways, I am pushing my butt to the max on this little elliptical thingy, and think STAIR MASTER, I might have gone a little overboard on this one.  11 minutes on that and I was back to the elliptical (after stumbling around like a drunk).  So I'm feeling GREAT!!! I jump on the scale and WHAT THE F***?!? NOOOOOOOO.  My weight is back up, a little, crap.  I forgot muscles take in water when they are being worked, PURGE THE WATER MUSCLES!!!! PLEASE!!!  But I will not stop working out, and I will not find chocolate in my house.  I love to work out now.  My body is changing, my muscles work better.  My mood is greatly improved, and much to my husband's delight, my libido finally has kicked in.  It only took three years of marriage.  Love you honey.  He runs around grinning like a kid, well for lack of anything better, at a candy store.  This might possibly be from me not bitching at him, but probably not.   So thanks for the rant, I hope you all have a lovely evening.

If you're toning your muscles, start using the way your clothes fit instead of the scale to track your progress. It's true that muscle weighs more than fat. Most celebrites weigh a lot more than you would expect because of their toned-ness.
