I have been on CC for amost 2 months, started off great, lost 7 lbs. All of a sudden I am gaining!! I don't know what I am doing wrong but i am freaking out!! am up 2.5 pounds!

how many calories do you consume/expend in a day?
I am supposed to eat 1500, I usually average slightly below or slightly above by about 50-75 calories and the calorie burner says around 1900.
I just don't get it. I weight EVERYTHING and I am really strict.
ANY advice will be helpful...thanks!!

I've heard (but no personal experience) that even switching up when you take in your calories can kind of bump you back to losing. Like if you eat heavier in the afternoon, move it to the morning.
mind, weighing yourself isn't always accurate
if you've been working out, you might have put on muscle mass, which is heavier than fat mass!
maybe its muscle weight or water weight... have you been working out?
It's not just the calorie count but the types of calories that matter... Also stressing out about it only makes matters worse (stress leads to fat gain)... Drink loads of water, green tea, black tea (all unsweetened)... up your non-starchy vegetables... try reducing all things processed... and stock up on some lean yet high quality proteins like chicken breast and salmon!
If you aren't already - walk, run, jog, bike, swim, row, jump.... anything to get your heart rate up for AT LEAST 30 minutes (more is always better)... Since you lost weight initially I would rule out thyroid issues... but if nothing happens after 5 months of following a very healthy plan... I'd get your thyroid checked out.
