Let's all post with putting our gaining weigh ins and stats!
What are you doing to gain?? How much have you gained?? And what is your goal??
I am 5'7 and currently 118-122. My lowest was 94 so you do the math!!!
My nutritionist says that 130ish is where I should be..anyone else?

slow going, but i feel much better about all this lately which i think is important.
thanks jbruno! i think you might be right. My cousin had a pool party for her birthday today so I had to wear a swimsuit in front of everyone and also got to really look at myself well without clothes to cover up. And the weight I did gain is really distributing itself nicely now, it doesnt look so weird anymore and I felt pretty good in a swimsuit, and I was proud of my new muscle definition. So that made me a lot happier even if the number doesn't show it. Plus everyone commented on how much better I've been looking.
I finally feel less stressed about this too, I know I'm eating well and taking care of myself and my body has caught on to this and started functioning properly too. So that's a big relief. Yay! Happy gaining everyone! ![]()
Weighing myself on our home scales this morning, I came up at 111. Another increase, but... I am -still- retaining water. My ankles are still puffing up like mad by the end of the day, and so I still don't know if this is positive gain or not or if I'm still in starvation. |: To be honest, I'm not sure if I've been getting high enough an intake each day still to take me out of it. Time to up the calories, I think.

strategy - BINGEMANIA!!! anorexia makes it hard, but discharge and ballet means i'm actually seeking out the biscuits now, instead of crying over them.
Question - how do i make sure that i still look right in a leaotard whe i do ballet, how do i make sure it's on my shoulders not my stomach, when i'm 14 and my mum majorly restrict my excercise???? help anyone - i don't want to not be able to dance seriously because my figure is ****** up because of post-starvation weight gain?
Hi, everybody....im 20 yrs, 5'7 and currently 104. my highest is about 115. my lowest is 103 (this is scary!). I dont have a big appetite and unlike most people when under stress i dont eat. weight goal is 125 lbs. let the eating begin!!

cw: 101.4lbs, i gained 2lbs this week and i cant help but feel awful and disgusted with myself. I may be getting better pysically but not mentally.

I have been anorexic for almost 11 years (since age 9). It's kind of hard to give a "lowest weight", because this has been apart of my life through my "growing years".
Height: 5'6
LW - 27.2kg (60lbs)
HW - 57.0 kg (125.5lbs) .......post treatment
CW: 51.3 kg (~113lbs)
Goal: ?
I am told that I should be aiming for about 60.0kg (~132lbs), which is terrifying to me. I would really just like to maintain between 110 and 115 and focus on being healthy...and NOT LOSING WEIGHT!

Going to see specialists tomorrow... weighed in at 109 on my most recent weigh in, don't know how I'll come up on their scales. Haven't been eating as much because of stress and depression, so I know why I've lost. Hopefully seeing professionals will get me somewhere.
