What are you doing to gain?? How much have you gained?? And what is your goal??

I am 5'7 and currently 118-122. My lowest was 94 so you do the math!!!

My nutritionist says that 130ish is where I should be..anyone else?

hey guys, so I've been in recovery for a little over a month and I've already reached my first goal weight! :D 7.5 more lbs til my second goal, and then maybe 2.5-7.5 more til I'm done!

height: 5' 7"

starting weight: ughh...180-ish :c

low weight: 109.5

currently: 120 :D

new goal: 127.5 and

final goal: 130-135!

current weight:  117.75

goal:  120 or 37" hips and ribs filled in a little more.  maybe BMI of 20  (current=19).

I've been STUCK at 117 or 117.75 for the past three weeks.  I think I have got to be more consistent because some days it is 2700, some days 3100, maybe 2100 on weekend.  My body likes this weight; it was 117 for maybe a year before I dropped to 106  (not from an ED, just life affecting a naturally thin, high metab person).

then about a month ago i ended up in the hospital because of a numb leg, which turned out to be a pinched nerve in my back and they found out i have degenerating discs and slipped vertebrae from muscle atrophy/just general weakness due to being underweight. So I started strength training and gained up to 103.7 as of last thursday.

today I'm...104.8!! It's been a week now on 2500-2700cals.

first goal: 110 by the time fall semester starts in mid august, hopefully sooner!

last weigh in: 98

first day of my period tho so that lb had better not disappear, I will be pissed! based on my diet tho, at least 1/2 of it should be real I reckon. plus, having a functioning uterus again is something to celebrate anyway no?

I am like your carbon copy haha! Except my low weight was unfortunately 93 :-(

But I am 5'7, currently 107, and my GW is 125 AND I want to be 115 for school in August too!!! Glad I'm not the only one! we can do this together!

thats weird. yah I was supposed to be at 115 before I left for england (aka two days), but I didnt make that mark.  I definately have to be at that weight before school otherwise my mom is threatening me with the hospital again.  Nice to know ppl got the same goals!

I'm recovered so it's been a while since I gained weight. But I gained a lot, so I thought I'd post anyway to show that it can be done, we can all get better no matter how far we have to go or how long the journey might seem sometimes.

Height: 5'8" (174cm)

LW: 28kg (62lbs)

Current weight: 64.3kg (142lbs).

Weight gained: 36kg (80lbs). I've now maintained this weight for two years. How awesome is that! Cool

(5'2.5", 14, male)

HW: 100

LW: 75

Last weigh-in: 76.5

CW: 76.5

GW: 100 (for now)

No change! Guess that means an increase in cals...

It's been about 3 weeks since I've weighed myself so I decided to this morning.  My nutritionist is supposed to be the only one who weighs me, but I start to lose motivation if I don't know what my weight actually is b/c I feel "ok" and overestimate where I am weightwise in the recovery process.  

Height: 5'7

LW: 90

CW: 95.2 (about .8 lbs gain from 3 weeks ago)

GW: 110 (short term)....and then 115-120

My goal this week is to stay on track and not lose, especially Friday through Monday when we'll be in Las Vegas.

Unfortunately I have not had an opportunity to meet with a nutritionist; however, I am following several meal plans in which I have obtained from this forum.  Smile(Generally taking in 2500-3500 calories per day)

I have lost my period for the last year or so-does anyone know if this weight seems realistic enough to gain it back? 

lw: 98/99

last week: 104.8

this week: 109!

I am happy, but this also produces a lot of anxiety! My intake has been aprox 2800 each day, plus exercise(I would eat back what I burned off). I don't feel anywhere near as large as i did last time I was this weight, and my measurements haven't changed from last week either =/ I don't understand.

goal for now (by the end of the month, is that realistic??): 105, later 110

110 lbs is also the highest I've ever been and where my body functioned (when i still had my periods which i havent had for 10 months now)

I am taking in about 2600- 2800 each day. almost every 2 days I lift weights at a gym to get my body toned at the same time.
