What are you doing to gain?? How much have you gained?? And what is your goal??

I am 5'7 and currently 118-122. My lowest was 94 so you do the math!!!

My nutritionist says that 130ish is where I should be..anyone else?

This week: 42.2kg

I lost 700grams and have no idea how or why, I'd only cut back by 100calories. Adding them back again this week.

 Your BMI is now 17.1. Wouldn't it be worth continuing to try and gain?

16 yr/ male

Height: 5'7"

CW: 134 lbs

LW: 108 lbs

GW: 135 lbs

I was supposed to weigh in yesterday, because I thought thanksgiving would totally screw up my weight. But from the looks of things, it didn't. I'm still at 134.

one more week and im sure i'll be done gaining. lol i was so sure two weeks ago that id be done then! its a week til my birthday so i was hoping that i would have had at least a week to try intuitve eating but i guess the fates aren't playing it the way i want....

Lowest Weight: 49kg

Last Weeks Weight: 59.3kg

This Weeks Weight 59.6kg

Goal Weight: 60kg

and agruskin to reply to your other message I know that a bmi of 20 is the lowest and i can go higher but i have also told you that i intend to stay around 60 - 63 for a while and then if i don't get my period back then ill probably gain some more. the thing about this i really can't tell that i've gained so much weight. my ed really never paid attention to my body, only the scales and what i would eat so its been a bit easier for me to want to gain weight.

LINEY-hi! r u going to make one last increase to ur calorie goal?  i just wanted to remind u that its OK to be above a bmi of 20 and that at any weight, u can still eat all the foods u love, happy early bday!

 It's complicated. I know I am still very underweight but my treatment team have said that it is fine for me to start maintaining around this weight as I have my periods and am coming up fine on all their health checks.

It's difficult to keep gaining when even my dietition is saying that this weight is fine for me.

having some real body image issues this week, and its making me want to restrict but im just fighting through it making sure to bring these issues up to my nutritionist and talk about it with my mom..i freaked out a little but when i saw my weight this week...

i gained 2.5 pounds and it really threw me off! and my nutritionist wants to still increase, pretty stressed right now, but since we are still doing maudsley at least my mom will be controlling my food

liney: happy early birthday! i hope things with gaining the last of the weight work out!

emma: how come your treatment team says you can maintain at this weight?were you around this weight pre-ed or something? my treatment team want me to get to 115 but i'm a little unsure about this weight.
