No one can give you advice without more information about you.. your weight history, your current weight, your current age and height, what you eat in a typical day etc.

I've got the same problem.I'm 16 years old , my height is 165 sm(5'5''). Current weight 49.50 kilos ( 109lb. )Just I used to eat very few calories until my doc told me that I had to eat more,if I wanted to get my periods back again. So I've been eating 1600-1700 calories everyday for 2 weeks. I used to 47 kilos before(103lbs.) but  after starting eating appropriate calories to my age,I've gained.People tell me that this should be a water weight, but still I'm so worried. I'm burning much more calories in 24 hours, somewhere 2100calories,if not more. I'm training everyday for 120 hours. Can't get how can I maintain my weight, not gain anything and be healthy.

I apologize if my question is annoying, but I really need some good advices, please help me!

Regards to everyone!

I've tried going up to 1,800, and normally it induces a higher weight, AND a bloated feeling. I'm 5'0 and 97 pounds, I'm about 50th percentile, so don't say I need to gain weight. I kind of eat like a bird; I don't do well with big, infrequent meals.

I would suggest eating alot of nuts, driet fruits, smoothies, fruit juices etc, to bump up your calories without feeling too full. 1,800 might not be right for you. I read your profile and it says you eat about 1,400 and want to maintain. Try 1,500 for a week, no wieght gain? Try 1,600, still no gain? try 1,700.. etc. once you notice yourself sarting to gain, stop at that number. Maintaining is much harder then losing, and everyones body is different, so it won't be an exact science.

p.s. while doing this, weigh only once a week, because switching up calories can cause water retention etc. which will look like a gain when it actually isn't.

and remember to eat back your calories that you have burnt off through excersize.
