Games: A-Z assorted topics

We used this as a drinking game in college, but it was always fun. The deal is you have to go A-Z within a category (countries of the world, vegetables, books, cities, animals, whatever). Whoever does Z gets to pick the next category. 

I cannot find any X names.  I have scoured the internet.  I have found plent of Zs.  So for now here is a Y.

The eartheater is of the Cichlid family mostly from South America regions (Amazon River).  It is a bottom feeder / dweller.  It will also sift the sand and rocks looking for dinner.
