- Preheat oven to 350F. Spoon fish and veggies evenly onto centers of four 18x12 inch sheets of heavy-duty foil. Brting up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal each packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
- Place packets in a single layer in shallow baking pan.
- Bake 15 mins. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
