| 2 | tsp garlic salt |
| 1 | tsp pepper,black |
| 1 | tbsp olive oil |
- Cut up potatoes into cubes.
- Add 1 tbsp olive oil to non-stick pan
- Cook on medium-low
- Salt and pepper to taste
- cook slowly, approx 30 minutes
- turn up heat to med-high last 10 minutes to crisp up potatoes
