I do not work or have anything to do with any company dealing with supplement products....
2 months ago a co-worker gave me a scoop of Superpump 250 and I have been hooked ever since. I am told that various companies have different versions of the their pre-workout stimulants. Anyway, my workouts have gone from intense to crazy hard. My bench alone went from 245 to 275.
I use a creatine mono 5g mixed in with Muscle Max's Big Max gainer 50g protein and 90g carbs. I go to bed bloated but next morning lean...
Question: What pre and post workout stuff are you using and have you recieved a good response.
