Summer Soup
| 2 | sweet pepper, red |
| 1 | sweet pepper, yellow |
| 1/2 | cucumber |
| 1 | tomato, medium |
| 1 | tsp lemon juice |
| 1 | tsp red wine vinegar |
| 1 | red onion, small |
| 1 | clove garlic |
| 5 | g olive oil |
| 2 | cups cold water |
- Saute crushed garlic and red onion and when the pan goes dry throw in water to water sautee.
- Once garlic and onion are cooked, cool by pouring over cold water.
- Add roughly chopped peppers, cucumbers, and tomato. Any herb you like too.
- Process till desired consistency and thin with water to taste.
- Add lemon juice, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, and herbs to taste.
