Geez, I wish Jell-o was a Food Group

Quote  |  Reply

Last night after my Easter Dinner, my bedtime snack was Raspberry Jell-o and 3 tablespoons of Fat Free Cool Whip. Grand Total= 55 calories.

I'm sitting there, watching Cold Case, thinking. . . I could have a nice big breakfast... like 600 calories, a snack, JELLO (MAYBE LIME), JELLO (RASPBERRY)for lunch, JELLO (HOW ABOUT ORANGE THIS TIME?)... then eat may heart out at supper... because I will have tonnes of calories left for dinner. Laughing Then maybe Jell-o for dessert. HAHA

Man I love Jell-o! Just had to share.

I love sugar free jello too! I made jello eggs for dessert yesterday but they weren't really ready when it came time for dessert so I've got loads of jello to eat, yum I'm excited!

I dislike fruity things, so I don't like regular Jell-O.

BUT, Jell-O sugar-free instant pudding is one of my favorite snacks. Usually about 35 calories for a half cup of chocolatey goodness. Can't beat that. Mmmm...

i thought jello was a food group.... Laughing

OK it is?

Good. . . let my diet commence.... Wink

I love the Hartleys sugar free Jellys in the UK, less than 10kcals per pot..only problem is I can't pronounce most of the ingredients ! ..theres no sugar, no fat, no carbs to speak of, but theres no fruit either ! its a man made concoction and I can't help thinking full of preservatives, flavourings, colourings that aren't particularily good for you !

Even better when made with vodka! Wink

Can it count toward your daily servings of meat and beans? XD

Me too!

I love jell-o too, but rarely eat it because I'm concerned about the sodium.... thoughts?

Sodium? Hmmm. I'm going to have to go home tonight and take a look at the ingredients. On second thought, I'm all out of Jell-o! Darn it.

BTW, had it again last night for dessert. Raspberry- YUM. 10 cals... 3 tbsp ff cool whip- 20 cals. Man... I wish I could eat it for lunch.

How can Cool Whip possibly be fat free?  It's whipped oil.

Hmmm. You might have to ask them that.

But whatever it is, it sure tastes good.

It's not.

It just has less than .5 grams of fat per 2 tablespoons. Look at it and in little words it says "per serving"
