What is the general serving size of a deli salad?
I sometimes get one of those "make your own salads", small size from delis or lunch cafes. But I'm having a hard time figuring how I should note that e.g. 1 cup, 1 bunch etc.? Does anyone know what the serving size of these salads is? Thanks!

The NLEA standard serving size for salad seems to be about 85g.
