George Forman?

So I asked for a George Forman grill for Christmas and I got it from my mother in law yesterday! Anyone have any recipes or tips?

I hope it's the one that has removeable cooking surfaces so you can wash them.  I know it says to just wipe them, but after grilling salmon I could smell it the next time I heated up the grill so I never did it again.

It turns out perfect meats and fish every time.  It doesn't do so well with steaks and chops that have the bone in however. 

I liked grilling vegetables with it.  Just season thick tomato and eggplant slices, lengthwise slices of zucchini, peppers, onions, whatever, and grill for 8 minutes.  I'd do the meat and while it rested under foil I'd do the vegetables.  Yum.

l grill ground turkey, add a pinch of salt, black pepper, chopped onions and green peppers form and put on the george foreman, and on the side add zuchini and squash, eggplant. l even grill shrimp on it, lay seasoned shrimp length wise and the good thing is it grills everything in less than 5mins. Season chicken breast, slice it lengthwise so it is not so thick and grill maybe 2mins tops.

Oh I love my George, it's the best thing ever. I make chicken thighs, drumsticks, pork chops everything on it. The bones don't matter too much, the chicken just take a bit longer but on a low heat 175degrees, it still stays juicy. The best is, that your chicken breasts come out really juicy, pan frying sometimes makes it really dry.

I've made sweet potato drizzled with honey... mmm yummy. toasted sandwiches, you can basically make everything on it and the best thing is - chicken in the oven take more than an hour to get nice and tender, on george it's about 12 minutes for thighs.
