| 6 | eggs |
| 1 1/2 | c milk |
| 1 | c flour |
| 3 | tbsp sugar |
| 1 | tsp imitation vanilla extract |
| 1/2 | tsp salt |
| 1/4 | tsp cinnamon |
| 1/4 | c margarine |
| 2 | apples, peeled and sliced. |
| 1 1/2 | tbsp brown sugar |
- preheat oven to 425. melt butter in pan.
- Add apple slices to melted butter, return to oven until sizzling.
- Meanwhile, mix milk, flour, sugar, vanilla, salt, cinnamon.
- When butter is sizzling. Add batter to pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Cook 17-20 minutes or a knife comes out clean.
