FYI - the title means cereal (or literally grains) in German.

I recently bought a box of Banana Nut cheerios. So GOOD! Laughing I really recommend them.

What are some of your favorite types of cereal?

I also like Golden Nuggets but I can't eat those any more. .__.

Multigrain Cheerios are really yummy too! In fact, I think Cheerios are just delicious in general.

I love Fruit Loops and Fruity Pebbles as a special treat xD

I am in love with Special K protein plus cereal. I eat a double serving (60 g) everyday with a cup of skim milk and half a banana, it comes out to around 350 cals, 30 g protein and 12 g fiber, and almost a full day's worth of iron. It actually keeps me full and doesn't wreck my macronutrient analysis for the day like most cereals seem to! Plus I think it tastes pretty good, kinda like bran flakes with a touch of cinnamon.

 Try Fruity Cheerios! I bought a box for my daughter and then Mommy ended up eating most of the box!

I eat oatmeal every morning. Quaker Oats has envelopes of "Weight Control" (higher protein and fiber, and larger portion size) that I just throw in my bag and eat when I get to school or clinical sites. It's awesome and sticks with you well until lunch.

Kashi hot cereal is amazing too. Haven't tried their cold ones yet. 

Rice chex!!! Come on $1.66 for a BIG box? Who doesn't like that! Plus low in calories and great with splenda!

i am not much of a cereal person - i do like oats a lot and muesli thought.

while we talk about german- in Germany you can by Dr Oetker Yogurt Muesli. That is my favourite- has dried strawerries and yogurt flakes in it. Yum

(ps it's Getreide, no 's' at the end ;-)

Also I'm in lurrrve with puffins. Cinnamon or peanut butter. So so so good.

Steel cut oats w/ various mix-ins

I also love most granolas but wish they weren't so high cal

Ahh yes. How could I forget about granolas? I especially love chocolate peanut butter bear naked granola. Tongue out

i've been eating kashi go lean lately.

Bwahaha,  cinnamon toast crunch and reese's puffs cereal.

PS: For me, there is no such thing as a favorite cereal.

I honestly CANNOT get enough cereal I eat like it like 3 times a day. My favorites are

Healthy: blueberry special k, banana nut cheerios, special K protein plus and any kashi cereal

Unhealthy: i'm totally addicted to cinnamon toast crunch, reeses puffs, cinnamon life, Honey smacks, and anything else with at LEAST 12 grams of sugar

 Honeycomb is actually really low cal for a cereal.  I think the serving size is 1.5 cups or something?
