Ginger Garlic Green Beans Recipe

Ingredients
12 oz frozen green beans
1 cup red bell pepper, cut into strips
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp grated ginger
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
  1. Coon green beans as per directions on package. Drain very well.

  2. Warm a large skillet over medium heat. Add oil and peppers. Stir fry three minutes. Add ginger, garlic and green beans. Stir fry until warmed throughout.
