| 12 | oz frozen green beans |
| 1 | cup red bell pepper, cut into strips |
| 2 | tsp minced garlic |
| 2 | tsp grated ginger |
| 1 | tbsp olive oil |
- Coon green beans as per directions on package. Drain very well.
- Warm a large skillet over medium heat. Add oil and peppers. Stir fry three minutes. Add ginger, garlic and green beans. Stir fry until warmed throughout.
