Recipe Ingredients for ginisang pechay
| 4 | cups chinese cabbage, shredded |
| 1/2 | cup white onion, diced |
| 3 | cloves garlic, grated |
| 1/2 | cup tomato, diced |
| 1/4 | tsp. ground black pepper |
| 1 | cup beef stock |
| 2 | tbsp. canola oil |
| 1/4 | cup soy sauce |
| 1 | cup water |
Recipe Directions for ginisang pechay
- heat oil in a pan
- saute garlic followed by onion and tomato
- add all the remaining ingredients except water
- simmer for 2 mins.
- add water and let boil
- add the shredded cabbage and cook just until the leaves are wilted
