Recipe Ingredients for ginisang pechay

4 cups chinese cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup white onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, grated
1/2 cup tomato, diced
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 cup beef stock
2 tbsp. canola oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for ginisang pechay

  1. heat oil in a pan

  2. saute garlic followed by onion and tomato

  3. add all the remaining ingredients except water

  4. simmer for 2 mins.

  5. add water and let boil

  6. add the shredded cabbage and cook just until the leaves are wilted
