This isn't even remotely connected to weight loss, but it's certainly about self-image. This is a video done a 17-year old gal. If you don't feel something by the end of the documentary, something's wrong.

The part where she asked for the good or nice dolls broke my heart... especially the last little girl she asked.

The part with the dolls was so hard to watch.  If little children feel this way, are we ever going to make progress?

That was... depressing.
It doesn't surprise me, but it was depressing.
