girlies around 5'6"
whats your goal weight and how do you keep motivated?
I'm 5'6" and was 140, with a goal of 122. When I got to 122 my tummy still wasn't flat (for some reason I have a very stubborn belly pooch - I always look 3 months pregnant and trust me, I'm NOT! LOL) so now I'm aiming for 115, but it really isn't about a number for me, it's about a flat tummy.

5'6 cw:141 gw 125-130. motivation? looking in the mirrior fully to semi nude. plus the thought that one day my thighs will refrain from rubbing together when i walk
I'm 5'6.5" and my goal weight is around 130 lbs. Right now I'm 160 lbs, so I guess it depends on how I look when I get there.
I stay motivated by looking at pictures of hot women and hot clothes. I feel gross in everything I wear now, so it's inspiring. Also, I want to be able to run without collapsing.
I'm 5'7" and 135 - which is fine, but my goal is to be around 125-128. Just want to get rid of the squishy bits round the middle and slim out my thighs a bit. It's less about a number and more about wanting to be one size down. I stay motivated by the fact that I want to be hot as I get older, not descend into mediocrity! :)
I'm 16 years old and weigh 133 lbs. (ew.) and my goal weight is 123. I will get there by the end of this summer. >:]
hi..I'm 16 and 5 months plus old.. I weigh at around 120 lbs or 55kg and my weight is to be at 110 lbs/50kg or at least 115 lbs/52kg..I got there once but I binged in ALOT for the past few months and gained back everything.. I WILL get there by the end of July and maintain it for at least a YEAR!!!and hopefully more than that.
To the very young teenagers that just posted - counting calories to lose weight when you're already perfectly healthy and still growing isn't good for you. Just eat healthily and exercise - at your age you're still growing and developing and need energy to live and be happy. It's great to be health conscious, but be careful to focus on exercise and healthy eating and don't get caught up in a number.
im 5'6 and i did weigh 143 lbs, im at 138 at the moment and want to geet down to atleast 120 lbs. i keep motivated by focusing how good i will feel about myself for achieving my goal.
i like to watch exercise videos on the net and just watching them gets me amped up to work out when i really dont want to, plus in a few months over here it will be summer and definately want to be hot in a bikini by then
I'm 5'6'' and 152 lbs as of this morning. I'm looking to get between 125-130. But at this point the lowest I've gotten in 145 lbs! grr....
Im about 5'5 1/2 and 125 lbs. I weighed 128. My goal is 115 lbs. I keep myself motivated by thinking about how good i'll look after I lose my tummy.
Hi my names michelle, I am 20 years old, 5'7, and I weigh in at 150lbs. My goal weight is a toned and healthy 130lbs. My major motivation is the fact that at Christmas I was 162lbs, which was the most I have ever weighed in my life! When I started gaining weight during university I always told myself that I was just having ups and downs due to stress. Haha a good 30lbs later I decided to change my eating habits.

im so stupid i only had 10 pounds to lose and then i gained weight
i cant go back to school this way thats whats gonna keep me motivated ha
I'm 5'6.5''. i was 153. now im 139. goal is 120-125. my motivation would be health/fitness and wanting to be able to do things with my body, not be restricted by it. Another goal is that when I was 130 this past fall my mood was greatly improved and I did not worry as much about how my clothes looked blahblahblah because I looked good (: But I should say I look good now too (: negative selftalk wont help ;)
edit: i also agree with marieclairehill's post. I have had a huge binging problem so counting calories is what lets me not binge. But I guess the longterm goal would be to be healthy, make good choices, and not have to count at all (: This shouldn't consume anyones thoughts and that can happen too easily.

That sounds exactly like me :) tried not counting for a week but it didn't work. Not ready to give up counting just yet!
I'm 5'7" was 131lbs. Lost 10lbs so now 121lbs. My goal is 118lbs possibly 115 if I can get there.
I'm 5'7" and i want to be around 118-122 lbs.
My motavation is looking better for the start of senior year and staying healthy.
