YO girlies! when do you weigh more...?
I was just wondering if anyone could tell me when in your cycle you weigh the most/ lest? Before your period? During it? After it?
I definitly feel bigger up to five days before mine, and dont start to feel normal until ive finished! Im sitting here with a big bloated belly and Im thinking of waiting until after my period to weigh myself or is that just bull?
About 3 days before and during (usually 7 days total). I call that my "stretch pants week." ![]()
Same here - a few days before, and during. I don't drop it back down until a couple of days after it's finished. It's frusterating and a bit depressing, particularly on top of that not being my favorite time to begin with.
I am at my lowest: the day before my period and my highest: two weeks before (when ovulating). I blame it on being infertile. My sex drive is backwards too!
ha ha thats too funny, im wearing my stretch pants too! I wonder if anyone else can see the bloating and the weight gain or if its just ourselves. Interesting that some of you still weigh more just after.
So i guess that means we weigh less around ovulation?
I can put on up to 4 lbs during the first week and during also. I try not to weigh myself in between that time cuz it makes me depressed even though I know it is just from my period. But we're all here with ya!! Just one of the many wonderful perks of being a woman!!
You gain weight about 5 or so days prior to your period, you tend to keep the water weight and you lose it after your period is over.
i usually gained a couple of pounds right before i got mine. But this time I weighed myself a day before and I had lost 2 pounds! So I'm waiting to check after I finish my period whether its just relating to that or if I actually lost!
Usually during it I gain a couple of lbs. I get really bloated and I only get back to normal when it's over. It sucks when I do a weigh in during those days, because it seems like I didn't make any progress.
Always the week before. I can gain up to 5 pounds! And it't the time I feel the most "jiggly". It's the water weight. Ugh.
Do you guys get cravings during or around your period besides the typical chocolate? I crave bread and crackers and cookies, bleh carbs.
The week before. OMG! I gain up to like 10 pounds! Unfortunately i get all of the symptoms!

PMS! Don't get me mad the week before i get my period! WOW! I turn into this monster!

It gets really bad! But after i get my period it's like i loose the 10 pounds that i put on from water weight, my cravings go away, it's pretty good.
During. not after or before. Only during. I only gain 2 pounds, but they still annoy me as hell. And I have big cravings for sweets! So I try to satisfy my cravings with apples with cinnamon, small bananas and Special K bars. I hate periods =/
