Girls w/big boobs- love them or hate them?

Quote  |  Reply

I myself am 34 D and I have always wanted smaller boobs. Cons to big boobs- finding shirts that look good, stretch marks (bound to happen), finding support while exercising, and just them getting in the way in general. I would be totally happy with small boobs. But then again they say the grass is always greener on the other side so maybe not. :)

Can anyone relate to my frustration??!

I'll trade my DDs for a C or a B.

I'm a 38 D, I've lost 15 pounds so far, but no change in my chest. I wish I could be a C again, I was much more comfortable with my body, now I just hear "wow your boobs are huge!" all the time... and it's not flattering! Plus I can't find any shirts that fit, and when they fit my chest they are too big everywhere else... and all the cute shirts that have a low cut top I hate wearing, I feel like people will think I'm wearing it on purpose just to show off my boobs, when I'm really only wearing it b/c it's a cute shirt! All the time when I'm getting dressed to go out, I ask my husband "Does this top make me look too slutty?" It's ridiculous, if I was just a cup size or two smaller it wouldn't be an issue. I really hope by the time I'm down to my goal weight I've lost some of this extra "BOOBage" haha!

I'm a 34D and I love my boobs :) One is bigger than the other by at least a 1/2 cup but I think I'm the only one who can tell.. and I don't think anyone would point it out anyways.. lol. Also, they've gotten much perkier with weight lifting ;)

Oh My I know how you feel. I wear A 42 dd bra. I would love to get a breast reduction but it scares me to know I could lose feeling in them. A friend of mine had the surgery and now she has no boobs at all she is flat as a board.. I would not like this either. I am so self concious because there is not a bra in the world that I can find that is comfortable, holds the girls up, and one that you don't have 4 boobs by the end of the day. If you know of any sports bras that actually work and your boobs don't pop out let me know I would be really appreciative. thanks

Don't do it they look ridiculous!!! Why would you want to put something fake in your body to get attention from men?

I don't hate my boobs. I'm a 34 D and although it can be frustrating to find button shirts, swim tops, etc. I don't turn that frustration into self hate.

I noticed  a reason that many expressed a dislike for their breasts was because they didn't fit well into clothes. If we don't fit into the one-size-fits-all clothing range that stores make, why should we hate out body parts for it? Instead, we should be mad at clothing designers for not taking into consideration women with big boobs. As others expressed, you could lose weight and still have big boobs so there should be cute clothes to accommodate these gifted women.

In the end, boobs are just boobs, they don't determine who we are. They are a part of our bodies and we should love them regardless of shape, size or color.

My wife is a 34 B.  Even after having a daughter, her's look amazing.  I'm glad she wasn't bigger.  More than a handful is a waste!  Not that I'm down on anyone carrying a bit more than that.  To each their own.

my own bf unfortunately has the same opinion. he likes the smaller ones. "sigh" oh well.

This is the best forum I have read in a long time.

As a man, I have never seen a boob I didn't like.

I read every post and  many of you women that were being hard on yourselves have very beautiful faces. Two of you inparticular were really really hot and you're complaining about your boobs (when other women would die to look like you).

Being a guy, I am glad that I don't have boobs.

I have a six pack, you just can't see it  (ha ha). I've been skinny most of my life, now that I am 42, I have a  belly in development. That is why I'm on CC. I think this is a great site.

I am an expert in boobs, have been ever since I was 16. So if you have any questions, feel free to concact me.

However, I love my curves, and they are definitely a large part of my hotness.

Love that-why didn't I think of it? Will add to my favorite quotes pandamouse!

I have 34D's -when I lose weight it goes from there first-but not too much. I have never had more than 15-20 lbs to lose though.

BUT-I am approaching 40 and weight loss and gravity totally suck. I hope to save enough $ to some day have a lift-I definitely feel way better about big when they are perky too!

Your BF didn't tell you that yours are his favorite and the best ever made?

BAD!  BAD BF!

**EDIT**

Also, jboyd is right...  Each set is uiniquely awesome in their own way.  They are all to be cherished and adored.  Don't be down on yours just because someone says they like them bigger or smaller.

In a word, they all rock.  It's the whole package that counts anyway.

Ladies-wouldn't it be great if CC wasn't so heavily weighted with females that we could get really great insider insight into how guys feel about things?

Wow-I would love that. Would really help me with my completely clueless bf.

I am jealous jboyd.

Mine are 32DD to 34 D.  I would like it if they were smaller mostly for practical reasons.  It is very hard to find 32 DDs in cheap stores.  You really have to go to a special bra store which is expensive.  I am actually surprised by this, because I frequently read articles about how most women are wearing a too-big band size and a too-small cup size.  You'd think after all those articles and Oprah spots, the stores would start getting more small band/big cup bras.  Also, I would like to wear some shirts and dresses that just won't work for me.

The second problem is running.  I can't find a bra that holds everything where I want it, so I wear two!  It actually works pretty well - I would recommend it to everyone who is sick of having one big mono-boob bouncing around while they excerise.

All I will add to this is:

1)  Enell bras do not work above a certain cup size, once the band is tight enough around your chest, there is ahem... overflow.  Moving Comfort Fiona bras with the straps run up as high as possible do work.   Still moving, yep, time for 2 bras.

2) Bigger cup sizes call for expensive bras.  Yes, it sucks, but there are some supportive and quite pretty bras out there, they just start around $80 but at least they hoist the girls.

3) A tailor can be your friend, though shoulders are hard to take in, you can certainly have the waists tailored.

4) Low cut tops/dresses are everywhere, very hard to find something that doesn't show more than you might want to show.

5) Some of us don't lose much in bras size when we lose weight.

6) At some point, you just have to make some peace with your body.

I am a 36/38 G.  At my smallest (125 pounds) I was still a 34 DD/DDD.  I have a love-hate relationship with my girls.  I love how my fiance loves them, and I'm not going to lie, they have gotten my best friends and I many free drinks at the bar.  However, I hate having to work out or run in them (two sports bras barely keep them in), I hate trying to find any cute tops that actually fit.  Anything that isn't a cotton pullover is a no go - button ups don't work, anything with spaghetti straps I can't wear.  I hate how all the bras in my size look like damn air raid shelters.  Ugh.

I will more than likely get a reduction at some point in my life - my mother was also big chested and had to get one due to back problems.

still love mine!  and after 18 years my hubby still smiles when I change so I am thinking he does too!

My poor sis HATES her big boobers. Shes roughly a 38E as of Christmas time.  She is really self conscious of them and thinks they make her look horrible. She has lost about 20 lbs though, so I'm almost sure the girls have gone down, too.

Now, if she could give me some of the boobage, then we'd BOTH be happy. (She got all of mom's boob genes, I swear!!) But, I think she was her happiest when she was a C cup. I wouldn't mind being a full C cup either. I'm a 34 N/C. ( "Nearly C". Thank you Playtex!!)

I don't think though that I would want to be larger then a full D...(that is what I am) from what I hear after that they do cause pain in your back and other issues...

I'm a 38DDD and I loooooove my boobs.  I'm afraid of them getting smaller as I lose weight.  I've lost 33 lbs and they haven't gotten smaller but I know it's just a matter of time.  :-(

I must have read the subject wrong, but I do love girls with big boobs.  Come to think of it, I love girls with any size boobs.
