Okies so I'm starting a little group here, 5-10 people max. Its for teenage girls who are 5'4 and 130-135 pounds, looking to lose 10 to 30 pounds.

I'm 5'4 and gained 23 pounds through binging, making me 133 pounds (yikes!!) I'm looking to get back to at LEAST 110 again, if not my ultimate weight of 105. I know its underweight, but I was perfectly HEALTHY when I was at those weights, like many other teens. SO, if you wanna join, post ur stats and a little bit of history about urself =]

Well I'm 24 years old... and I weigh 135lbs, but I don't know if I should be too much thinner... I'll be honest, I'm pretty muscular, and I doubt I would be healthy at less than 130lbs. But hey I'll join! :)

 great answer!  you are 100% rt and do not think you should lose an ounce!  sounds like you are perfectly healthy.  keep up the great attitude and again, i would not change a thing!

I currently weight 130 and I want to drop that weight and be back where I was before.

hey this group is perfect...im 15, 5'4 and about 130 or something. from last feb-july i lost about 25lbs- going from 150 to 125. then my doctor thote i lost it to quickly n she wanted me to gain a few so i got up to 130.  i've kinda been staying the same since, but i wanna get down to about 120.  happy to join:) 

ok cool =] Im going to add all of u to my friends lists so we can stay updated and such. We need a weekly weigh in time though; what time is good for everyone? I think it should be in the morning though.

I'm 5'3 3/4 and currently 126, although I've been sick. Typically I'm about 127-128. When I started I was 138. I'm looking to be between 125 and 120. Oh, and Im 21, hope thats ok.

yeah i definitely think we should do a morning weigh in also...how about saturday??

Well it's Saturday, and I weigh 126 still. Except in between now and my last post I went down to 124 and back up. I had a really bad flu...Frown

hey...sry! i was gone over the past weekend, but i really want to continue this group because i havn't been doing as good and could definitely use the  support...who's still going to continue being in this group??

i'm 5'4 but am 26.  I weight 133/134 and will join if there will be someone other than me in the group!

ok, I weighed in at 135 over the weekend. No big loss, and I have been sticking to a pretty darn clean diet at 1200-1300 cals and working out 6 days a week. How many cals do you eat?

so i think we r doing weigh ins on saturday morning..or basically whenever u can but this morning i was 128.5 which im happy with.

i haven't been able to work out as much as i was last year cause of school and a few other things that have been going on but hopefully this week i can get kinda back on track with that.  i haven't really been using the calorie counter on here religiously so far, just for a few weeks here n there but next week  I think I'm going to start again. Oh n i think i usually have abut 1600 calories, just an estimate:)  How r all u guys doing?

Hey, can I join? I'm 5'4", was 132 when I came back from vacation but currently weigh around 126-127. I'm trying to get to around 113. That's my "happy weight" :) and Im looking to do it by December...nice and slow!

I was a little less on Saturday. 132/133.  I usually eat 1200-1600 depending on how much excercise I do.

hey!..so since where all about the same height and weight, i was wondering what sizes u guys r all...thought it would be kinda interesting to see

I wish I knew!  I am waiting on going shopping until December when I get back to Canada.  I've been wearing the same clothes since before I lost weight.  Baggy jeans.  My previous skinny jeans were a size 8, but they're definitely way too big.  Don't know if they stretched out or if they're really too big. 

I'm curious to see everyone else's sizes, though!
