5''3/5''4 girls.
Whats the healthy weight range for our height? So many places tell me different things. Im not 5''3 or 5''4, just between :) so.. I never know what information to put into databases.. a little help? I'd really like to set myself a goal to achieve and be happy with, because I don't have one and would like something to be possitive about and aim for.
Thanks again, (I ask too many questions haha)
Twig xx.
technically 105lb or 110 ish is the lowest healthy weight for your (our) height, on a BMI chart that is....
Really you cant tell from person to person though.
When you are healthy, menstruating normally, have energy .etc
What did you weigh pre-ED?
101 lbs - 141 lbs. is what I seem to remember.
But the low end might be too low for most people. You gotta have curves, guys dig curves!!
Right now my goal weight is 110-115, but I remember that I was healthy and happy at 125.
I guess I'll just aim for 110 right now and see where my body goes?
Thanks guys, Im going to aim for about 7 and a half stones, 108 pounds..
But when I get there, I may want to gain more, but I think thats a step in the right direction, so Im aiming to gain another 15 pounds. Already gained 8lbs.
browntape ''What did you weigh pre-ED?"
I was about 115 at my heaviest, Bmi of 20 - what an idiot for ruining my nice body!
I weighed at my lightest 84lbs, possibly 83lbs as I used to eat before weigh ins..
Im so glad im away from there!
What about you guys, where do you aim to be?
I'm 5'4, and the last time I went to see a doctor she said she would feel comfortable to see my lowest be 105. Right now, that is what I am aiming for because it doesn't seem too threatening; I have a ways to go to get there but as a mini goal it seems to be my best bet, I will see when I get there!
I'm 5'4" and I weigh 107. My ideal weight is 120 lbs. I used to weigh 112. It's been hard to maintain any kind of weight gain.
115-125 is about right.
I'm 5'3 and 3/4" so I always just say 5'4". I used to weigh 122 pounds I'm now down to 101. Can't stop losing weight, it's scary. For me anything under 115 is too low, my body just feels best between 115-120. I haven't weighed 101 since I was probably ten or eleven years old, but it's what I weigh now and I'm trying to gain since I'm getting bony and it hurts to sit or walk...
Hi. I'm about 5'3". I currently weigh about 113, but I'm still not menstruating. I weighed about 118-122 pre-ed, and for now I'm trying ot get to 115 or whatever is necesary to get my period back and be healthy!
BMI is a useful tool, but there's a lot more to healthy weight than that. Body composition, for example.
