I know how you feel, I'm 5'2" 105lbs and a size 1 and I'm really uncomfortable as well.

i feel the exact same way!

i'm a 0-1 in pants, 2 or 4 in dresses, but i have huge boobs, a small waist, and thunder thighs as well as a big butt.

i'm 5'1" 115 and everyone says i'm "tiny", but it doesn't feel like it.

I'm 5'1" 115lbs 32DD bust, 24inch waist, size 7 pant in junior/4 in women

I'm the heaviest one so far. I am 5'2 and 122.5 pounds. Size small shirts and size 3 to 6 pants, depending on the store.

I am 5'1 and right now 113 pounds. I am up five pounds since leaving freshman year of college, but slowly making my way back down to 108.

I still feel....uneasy about myself. I wear 0-2 most of the time, but I can tell when I have started to let up on exercise or eating too much junk what the five pounds feels like.

Thank jebus i only have to lose five pounds. That can easily come off in a couple of weeks. I get the "tiny" things a lot. Flattering, but def. agree some days just don't feel like it! I have small boobs, and a bit of a booty with a little hip action.

Just gotta lay off the cookies ;)

Guys....we are all quite short and a really good weight. None of us are even close to overweight. And we feel uncomfortable with ourselves. Seriously, I think it doesn't matter what size you are. Feeling comfortable in your own skin is hard work no matter the size.

Hello!  I'm 5'2.

My start weight in November was around 120lbs.  I began CalorieCount in May at 114lbs.  My current weight is 101lbs.  I'm 14 years old and wear a size 0.

I absolutely love the way I look and am very proud of my body.  I don't want to lose anymore weight.  Grow a few inches, maybe.  But I am definitely happy in my own skin.

you're so right... hah :( i guess i need more help with the feeling comfortable part than the losing weight part. its just really hard to see something good in the mirror cus im used to seeing fat. everyone says im small but i just dont see it!

I think at our ages even as young as 14 through 25 we are uncomfortable with ourselves. For me I keep thinking I should look like I did when I was 14 which is probably never going to happen unless I go a more unhealthy route. Girls develop curves or at least something and I have found that is the hardest part. I want to look thin like I did when I was 14. It's illogical though and extremely unreasonable to ask my body to do that. My body, our bodies, are trying to mature so we can reproduce. That means a bit more hip, a bit more thigh, and a bit more *dread* fat.

It is a constant war at this age. Our newly matured bodies are like the enemies. We wage a constant battle to slim, lessen, and tone. When in reality we can only do so much, and start on the path to loving ourselves at healthy weights no matter if your toned, and super fit or even just a little chubbier than what we want.

Sigh* I do okay some days, but others are just hard! I'm hoping that once I reach my more middle twenties or thirties I will start being even more comfortable within myself and happier with my overall image.

im 4'9 and a half and I'm a size 00-0 but I'm definately NOT unhealthy. I still have a bit of fat on me. I can't tell people my size though because they think of a TALL size 00 which would be HORRIBLE. they forget its different if you're really short!

I'm 5'2" and I'm size 7 working hard for a size 4 or 5. :]

I'm 5'2" and 139 lbs, I wear a size 7/8. I will never be one of those short people who weighs 100 lbs because my body is just not made that way. I am very curvy, and I actually mean curvy. I have 36 D cups. I have rather large hips but I like them. I do need to lose a little weight, though. The only thing I hate is when I gain a lot in my belly and my face. I should weigh more like 120 lbs, I think that is my ideal weight. Anything under than and I start looking sickly.

I'm 5'0 and a size 4, 115 pounds. I'm planning on dropping down to around 100, because I can go as low as 90 and still be healthy.

Darling, I know just what you mean...my butt is huge. I hear people telling me they wish they had my bubble butt all the time, but I'm like...no. No you do not. You have to buy your jeans like, two sizes too big, and they fit your butt but they're really really baggy and loose everywhere else. Tongue out

5'2 and pretty much a size 1/2 depending, usually a 2. i weigh around 110 lbs, fluctuate each way by 2 from time to time. at 105 my pants start to get loose, and around 115-118 they get tight. i would like to get down to 106-108 consistentl. my butt used to be bigger, even at this weight but i think it has shrunk haha, like my friends used to tease my about my big butt but i feel like it is normal sized now-still not little though haha. i don't really know how/when that happened but i am glad b/c i was always really self conscious about it.

i am uncomfortable with how i look too. i really try not to be but its so hard! like the other day i put my bathing suit on and came outside and was like "mom why is my stomach enormous?" she told me i was insane. other days i think i look fine. honestly i feel like i would have to be about 100 lbs to like EVERYTHING on my body, but thats not healthy so i'll just have to learn to deal with the things i am not thrilled with i guess.

If you have problems with yourself at 110 (which is very skinny) then getting down to 100 won't make you like your body more, you'll just find something else to hate. Trust me.

I don't understand all the butt hate. I have a big round behind and it's my favourite feature. O_O

I agree! I like my curves. I think no butt is less attractive than a big butt.

At 5'2" and 105 I usually wear 0 or 25 for jeans.

During my lower weight last year (90-95) 00 at Abercrombie&Fitch was loose, and I bought jeans from the kid's Abercrombie size 12, or 24 from adult brands.

At my higher weight fluctuations, (115-120), I wear 26.

i hope you are pleased with your weight and not trying to lose. you are on the thin side already and should really not be focused on your weight. if you'd like to see changes in your body you should try strength training!!

I'm aiming to lose a few vanity pounds, but I'm content with maintaining. Also trying to become less 'flabby', or 'skinny-fat' I guess as it is called. I have noticed friends who are 10-15lbs heavier than myself look the same size because they are athletic (muscles). Thanks for the tip!

I'm 5'2" and about 114

I can't really correlate the uk or us sizes to the ones I wear (a 6 or a 30), but on a bathing costume site it seems I would take US size 2 in the hips (35 inches), 6 in the waist (27 inches) and 10 (nine actually) on the bust (37 inches) Surprised

Which apparently screws me on dress sizes. I think I may be a 2 or 4 overall, depending on the cut.

When I was in Seattle a few years back I bought a size six Calvin Klein suit, but I was probably 16-20 pounds heavier then.

I'm 5'2, about 158 lbs, and a size 12 or 14. This is down from 195 lbs and a size 18 at this time last year.

I'm thrilled by my progress, pretty happy with my body (especially because I know just how much worse it could be), and not at all wishing to be a size 0 or anything like that. Kind of making it up as I go along, not sure where I'll end up.

I'm pear-shaped, so I have shapely hips and a big behind. Haven't heard any complaints from anyone I care about.
