Giving up? Don't!
For those of you that go through plateau or just simply get so frustrated you want to quit, this is for you.
There are times your body finds a rut ( plateau) and stays stagnant. This can go on for weeks, sometimes longer. Try switching things up. for example: When working a specific muscle group; use different workouts (free weights and cables vs. Nautilus). Also, try altering the times you work out. If your a morning person, it may be bennificial to try evening for awhile. There are many things you can do to keep on track. If anyone has anything to add please do.
Rainbow,
Stay with it. i know you can do it. Do you have friends that can help you with your goals? Another thing to do is write down your goals and put them where you will see them several times a day: fridge, computer, celing( so you see it when you wake and go to sleep)
Let me know,

Bob,
thanks for that today! I am feeling really down because I have not lost any weight in over four weeks. I do take some responsibility because I havent been 100% faithful, but nonetheless, I am still stagnant.
I will try some of your tips. I appreciate the note! That is why this page is so valuable to so many of us! It's a great support network!
Thanks!
Thank you Bob..... I have been on a stand still for awhile I just started doing yoga with the ball, and walking everyday and still nothing. So last night I bought a new cardio workout video so I hope this helps. I get feeling really down when this happens than I just think to myself that it means I have to work harder! I hope it will pay off in the end. I have to believe it will. Heres hoping you all have a great day and smiles lots!
Peace,
Matteau
