I'm looking for suggestions regarding Gluten Free foods. I've tried some packaged foods and they were really bad. I'd like a few options (packaged = it won't go bad) that I can keep at work when I forget my lunch at home or don't have a chance to go to the grocery store.

i have an intolerance to wheat which sucks beacuse everything have wheat in it.
what packaged foods do you go for? why not try spend and extra 10 min of your time and make your own meal from fresh foods so that you know exacatly what is in it.
are you able to go up to the shop at all during lunch time?
my lunches at work vary but they do consist of soups, fruit, plain yoghurt, nuts and oatmeal.

I do make 99% of my meals but there are days (which I'm sure you know) that there is nothing in the fridge or you just don't have time. I can't have soup because of the vegetable oil (contains soy) or oatmeal becuase the oats in the US are rolled in wheat so they don't stick together. I'm looking for frozen meals and that kind of thing. I usually have leftovers for lunch so I can have meat. I have to keep a healthy intake of fat and protien so my blood sugar stays level. This allergy stinks!
