Recipe Ingredients for Gnocchi A La Grecque

1 pound gnocchi pasta, dry
1 1/4 cup peas
1/2 cup bacon, diced
3 tbls olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tbls butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for Gnocchi A La Grecque

  1. Cook onon in small amount of water and when soft add peas, salt to taste. In separate pan saute bacon in butter. Cook the pasta for 10 minutes in briskly boiling salted water and drain

  2. Add the bacon and peas to pasta, then add the beaton eggs, the parmesan and freshly grounmd pepper to taste. Toos and serve, adding more parmesan at table if desired
